Work of this Contract is comprised of Furnace Upgrades at the Lakehead University Student Residence Building, 955 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay. The renovation includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of sixteen (16) furnaces and thirty-nine (39) condensate pumps completed with piping located in the South Student Residence buildings, and any electrical work to complete the renovation. All work includes supply of all materials, labour, equipment, freight and associated services for the construction and commissioning.
