Lakehead University hereby provides formal notice that it is exercising its rights, as expressly reserved under the Solicitation documents, to cancel and close Tender No. LU25-012 – Professional Design Services for Orillia New Building, effective immediately. Following an internal review, the University has determined that the scope of work contemplated under the Tender has materially changed. Accordingly, Lakehead University will not be proceeding with an award pursuant to this Tender. Lakehead University may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to issue a new solicitation incorporating a revised scope of work at a future date. For greater certainty, the University is under no obligation to re-issue this Tender, to initiate any future procurement process, or to award any contract arising from any future solicitation. The University thanks all Suppliers for their interest and participation in this procurement process. |

Lakehead University hereby provides formal notice that it is exercising its rights, as expressly reserved under the Solicitation documents, to cancel and close Tender No. LU25-012 – Professional Design Services for Orillia New Building, effective immediately.
